While so many women are blindly searching for the best cellulite treatment – what they should actually be doing first is researching the worst cellulite treatments to avoid.
Why?
Because cellulite is literally a “life-killer” for so many women.
And with of all the confusing information, many women make poor choices on certain treatments and procedures in desperate attempts to fix the unwanted problem.
So to help women understand what DOES NOT work when it comes to nailing the dimples, shadows and ripples known as “cellulite” – here are thirteen of the absolute worst ones to avoid:
1: Liposuction – ONLY do this if you want to make your cellulite worse.
2: Laser Packages – Lasers are great for science fiction movies and getting rid of spider veins – but there’s no way they can zap cellulite.
3: Body Wraps – this is a great option if you’re looking to be a mummy on Halloween. That’s about it though.
4: Skin-Brushing or Dry Brushing – Do this if you love the feeling of severely irritating your skin and causing a rash.
5: Lotions, Creams, Gels – Why do you think there are SO MANY of these available? (Hint: it’s because NONE of them work.)
6: Injections or Injection Therapy – Don’t be ignorant. (I say that in a very loving way xox.)
7: Heat Rollers or Ultrasound Therapy – Hah!
8: Suction Devices or Cups – Think you can “suck out” the dimples, ripples and shadows? Think again.
9: Cellulite Massage – Look, I LOVE a great massage. (I give AMAZING ones, btw…) But even the best won’t rub away the problem.
10: Detox Soak or Detox Bath – Anyone who falls for the “detox” angle deserves to be soaked. I still love you – but just sayin’.
11: Pills or Potions – The sleaziest of the “quick fix” family. ‘Nuff said, eh?
12: Anti-Cellulite Shorts/Garments – lol… LOL…. LLLOOOLLL….
13: Coffee Grind Scrub – Coffee grinds? Regular or decaf? Seriously???
If those are all to be avoided – then what is a woman to do?? One of the easiest things to do is watch the Cellulite Removal Video Here
