5-Minute Flat-Belly Toning Video Session

This is a short session you can literally do anywhere. The one thing I’d suggest is a good floor mat though – to make it gentle on the back.
Your 5-Minute Flat-Belly, Ab & Core Toning Video Session (Step by Step Instructions)
The 5 ab/core exercises she demonstrates are:
1 – Crossed Leg Reverse Crunch: 10-15 reps per side
2 – Feet to Ceiling: 12-15 reps
3 – Crossed Arm Twisting Crunch: 20 (alternate sides)
4 – Jeri Curl: 20 (alternate sides)
5 – Standing Core Twist: 20 each side
(And here is the ‘shorter’ version without the long intro)
This short session ( focusing on the belly/love-handle areas ) can be done as a ‘stand-alone’ ab/core routine, at home, at the office – or when traveling. Or you can add it to any of my routines/programs that you may already be following.
