Here’s the start of yet another Cellulite Success Story in the world of Joey Atlas…

I then sent that post out in my next ATLAS Weekly email newsletter update. And Amanda emailed me back in response (she rcvd the newsletter) this note:

I am the Amanda from the Facebook post you are talking about in this article. I am thrilled that you are sharing this with all your readers.
I think women do need to know it doesn’t take extreme exertion or dangerous procedures (that do not work anyway) to see improvements in their cellulite.
I particularly liked how you wrote ‘pummel the body and force it to change’, this is something I, and most likely many other women, have been doing for years, because that’s what we’re ‘told’ to do to get rid of cellulite.
You don’t know how wonderful it feels to NOT have to get up in the morning and go do brutal HIIT training or plyometric training, running, jumping, or workout DVD’s from Biggest Loser trainers to see real results…
I’m learning now, through you, that all it takes is simple, controlled bodyweight exercises that I know won’t cause any strain on my body, bones and joints. I love that I don’t feel like I’m going to get injured like in those other programs I mentioned.
To start seeing a difference in 2 weeks is amazing, there is still a lot of work to be done before the cellulite is completely gone, but I am very happy with what I see, and the best thing, I now don’t look at my body and hate it like I used to.
I see myself in a better light, thanks to you.
I have ‘suffered’ with cellulite for over 20 years, so I don’t mind if it takes me 3, 4 or even 6 months before it’s gone, because I know it’s going.
Thanks so much for all your informative videos and emails, without them I would have never known the real reason for cellulite and how best to beat it. I’ll keep you informed of my progress.

BE SURE to take “before” photos (front, side, back) if you haven’t already – even if you never want to share them as part of your success story/interview – at least you’ll have them for your own reference – be able to look back at them and see how far you’ve progressed 🙂

Awesome, Joey, I have taken “before” pictures.
Women just need to know the ‘real’ reason, the truth why they have cellulite and the best way to get rid of it. And that is what you give us.
If you would like to share my emails, please do so because there are many women like me all around the world tired of the scams and lies pushed on us by sleazy beauty spas, money-hungry celebrities, slimy doctors, and shallow personal trainers.
It’s not through lymphatic drainage massage, coffee scrubs, pills, creams, body wraps, crazy exercise and dumb diets, vibration platforms, lasers, vacuums, surgery, injections, or hot and cold showers to improve circulation. So much trash.
Your explainer videos and emails just set it out, plain and simple.
In fact one of your emails that was a ‘light bulb’ moment for me was when you showed the inside of the thigh, the cross-section showing the bone, muscle, fat and then skin.
That picture just shows that if the muscle is weak, mushy and flabby then everything laying on top is going to be as well.
As I said, plain and simple, when “getting rid of cellulite” is made out to be anything but simple by all the hucksters and scam artists out there.

3 weeks later, I reached out to check in on Amanda and here’s her “5 week” update that she sent in her reply email:
Great, I really feel my muscles working doing this, not only during the session but the day after too, this has never happened before with any other exercise method.
A lot of the moves I still to do the beginner version, the Double Leg Knee Up makes the front of my thighs burn like crazy. It’s incredible really.
I’m noticing improvements every week now.
My major problem areas of issue have been the sides of the butt, the outer thighs and the front of the thighs. The sides of the butt is lifting upward, it’s sagging less and less as the weeks go by and the dimples on the front and outer thigh don’t seem as deep, and that’s in natural sunlight I see that. So good!
I’m on week 5 this week, and my muscles feel toned, harder, firmer. The major confidence boost you get from that is huge because I know now that the cellulite is going, and that it just takes your simple combination of unique, safe and controlled bodyweight exercises and no crazy extreme cardio.
Apart from some walking outside or gentle power-walks, I haven’t done any other cardio which I’m stunned by as I always thought cardio was the way to get rid of cellulite. See, again I came across so much bad information before I found you and everything you share.
Not only that, but my weight has remained the same, I haven’t gained any weight by not doing cardio. I believe women are misled about how much cardio we really need, and at what intensity. I know everyone is a little different, but for me this is a big surprise.
I’ll keep you updated but I’m pretty hopeful that by about week # twelve I should see a massive reduction of the cellulite issues, if not all gone by then. Amazing this is, really. Stay tuned.

I’ll be posting an update next month and then I’ll be doing a full podcast interview with Amanda, once she feels she’s made enough progress to consider this a total and complete success.
I’m thinking that should be about 2 months from now based on how quickly her cellulite trouble-zones and problem-areas have been improving in the first month.
