Our clients get these videos in a private portal, in addition to the actual E-5 Seminars, to view again in the future and also for clients who are not able to make an Seminar due to schedules, etc..
So, I thought it would be nice to share this with you as well, because awesome nutrition for you body, mind and spirit does not have to be complicated. It can be so simple, that there are NO EXCUSES to eat right and take proper care of yourself…

Frozen Broccoli Quick Steam Recipe Video
After steaming:
1 – Drain any excess water
2 – Add Heaping tablespoon of Coconut Oil
3 – Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil (or two)
4 – Sea salt
5 – Black pepper
6 – Turmeric
7 – Garlic powder
8 – Onion powder
These spices not only provide lots of flavor without added calories, but they also provide health benefits as well.

Frozen Broccoli Quick Steam
Place lid back on and let sit for about 8-10 minutes before serving. This allows the spices to absorb moisture and unlock their flavor for the optimal taste.

Many diatitions say that meat after 6pm is unhealthy. The best dinner is from vegetables(salads, soups, etc) I am trying to follow some days this diet but it’s hard and I luck imagination how to change my habits to new ones without sacrifice and still enjoying my dinners. BRocolli is a good idea, thanks for the video!

Thanks for easy broccoli recipe I need easy recipes like this that I can steam in microwave since I’m on the road with my husband trucking!
You’re welcome! Just be careful with the microwave – I never felt too much use of it was a good thing. If on the road, you should be able to find triple-washed salads, ready to eat green beans, cooked peas/beans in BPA free containers… Even while trucking you guys have healthy options!
