Frozen Broccoli Quick Steam Recipe Video
1 – Drain any excess water
2 – Add Heaping tablespoon of Coconut Oil
3 – Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil (or two)
4 – Sea salt
5 – Black pepper
6 – Turmeric
7 – Garlic powder
8 – Onion powder
These spices not only provide lots of flavor without added calories, but they also provide health benefits as well.
Place lid back on and let sit for about 8-10 minutes before serving. This allows the spices to absorb moisture and unlock their flavor for the optimal taste.
