The hip flexor muscles are responsible for SO MUCH that goes on with the mechanics of our bodies….
There is a big problem that goes with that biomechanical responsibility; which is this:
Most people have very tight hip flexors – and don’t even know it. This goes for people who “sit most of the day” as well as people who don’t sit much. The common issue is the lack of mobility and range of motion.
That issue sets the stage for a cascade of common problems:
1 – back-ache
2 – tired legs
3 – numbness in the feet
4 – lower-back pains
5 – hip and pelvis stiffness
6 – muscle strains
7 – and a bunch more…
Those then result in:
1 – decreased performance (tennis, golf, intimacy, you name it)
2 – increased risk of injury (downtime from work, missing fun activities, etc…)
3 – catalyst events for faster aging and physical dysfunction
Not a pretty picture at all… So, to help prevent the above, Rick Kaselj from Unlock Your Hip Flexors, has sent me 2 extremely helpful videos to share with YOU. And here they are:
1: The “Tight Hip-Flexor Test”
