Today, I bring you another gem, Lower-Body Toning, from the creator of Get Lean for Women, Belinda Benn
This is a short Lower-Body Toning session (legs, butt, hips, thighs) you can literally do anywhere – even though she does this in a playground setting. ( We actually recorded this session, on the road – in Greenwich, Connecticut during Belinda’s visit to the USA a few years ago).
What is great about this is that it shows how one can stay fit even if you’re a mom (or dad) with young kids – or if you’re on the road traveling…
There are playgrounds/parks EVERYWHERE. I don’t remember the last time I traveled and wasn’t able to find at least one playground where I could get my fitness in. As a matter of fact – I can usually find 2-3 within walking/jogging distance of wherever I’m staying. (In colder climates – I simply wear layers to stay warm.)
