New Cellulite Success Story: Beth M. Reveals How 75% of Her “Cottage Cheese Cellulite” Is Now Gone

We’ve been sharing many cellulite success stories with you (and I have a few new ones to share soon), but today’s is extra special…
It’s special because Beth is like SO MANY other women out there and her incredible success story shares the vivid details of past agony, despair, desperation, self-esteem issues and head-spinning confusion…
Until she discovered something VERY important and powerful.. Which she shares in her story below – revealing how 75% of her “cellulite” is now gone and getting even better!

Beth from the Grand Cayman Islands
1 – At what point in your life did you notice the appearance of the dimples, ripples and shadows (“cellulite”) in the trouble-zones and problem areas?
I have always been very active in sports and working out and have an athletic body shape.
 
As a young girl and into early adulthood I never had body issues or any weight management problems.  But that all changed around age 33.  
I was looking down at my thighs and hips and thought – “geez, I really have big thighs and ick!!”.
I asked my husband (at the time) what he thought and he said that if that’s what I thought then maybe I needed to work out a bit more.  
This was also a man that said if I ever got fat he would leave me.  
His answer to loosing and maintaining weight was to just not eat.  I was mortified – not only by what he said, but what I “discovered” about my body.  
That’s when the unhealthy relationship with my body truly began.  
It wasn’t long after that….. the dreaded cellulite was noticed and I was mortified once again.
2 – How long did it get worse until you decided to do something about it?
The cellulite continued to worsen with each passing year as I continued to try to diet and exercise the same way I had always done (all the wrong ways – but who knew!?).  
Thankfully, when I was 35 I married my current husband who loves as we are meant to love – unconditionally.  
However, my own body image issues and my complete disdain for the cellulite continued.  
Then menopause hit and, well…. all that that implies.
3 – What things did you try before finding Joey’s programs? (creams, lotions, treatments, procedures, diets, hardcore workouts, etc)
I tried anything that came across my computer screen, TV screen, magazine ad/article. 
This included every magical cream to “dramatically reduce the signs of cellulite” and the next best fad diet and program/apps (If It Fits My Macros, My Fitness Pal, Weight Watchers, Bright Line, Carb Cycling, 21 Day Fix, just to name a few, there were MANY more, ugh…).  
Good grief, some of these diet plans were so complicated, I had to have a chart just to keep it straight and then I was still confused).   
I’ve been to nutritionist after nutritionist, some of which really are just criminal.  
Now, some of these programs work for people and I take my hat off and congratulate them for it.  Well done – but they just weren’t for me.  
Then of course all those workouts. Julian Michaels comes to mind during the Biggest Loser run on TV – “don’t phone it in people”.  
Also, P90X, Metabolic Renewal, trainers at the gym, CrossFit and marathon training. 
Some of which provided noticeable results, but were simply not sustainable, brutal really some of them.  
Others provided no results at all. Nothing.
4 – How did the dimples, ripples and shadows, called “cellulite”, affect your life and your self-image? (outings, events, vacations, etc)
I gradually lost more and more confidence and felt the need to cover up.  
Living in the Caribbean, this becomes a problem!  
More and more any invitation to a party, to the beach, vacations, or to any event for that matter, became stressful as I didn’t know what I was going to wear.
The event itself was rarely much fun because I was constantly comparing myself to others and worrying if everyone was thinking how I had really let myself go.
It was awful.  
Then I’d see pictures from these events and go into a tailspin because I hated how I looked.  
It affected the intimate relationship with my husband – not by him of course – this was all my doing because I couldn’t get out of my own head.
5 – How did it make you feel?
I was consumed with my weight and look of the cellulite all over my body (but mainly my lower-body zones).  
It literally consumed nearly every waking moment.  And this is an absolutely miserable way to live.
6 – What originally led you to Joey Atlas’s cellulite reversal website and presentation video?
Joey’s program (Naked Beauty/SYMULAST Method) was one of those that came across my computer screen in the very early days of his online campaign when he was sharing some of the early success stories and explaining why these women were getting the great results.
It all made sense in the simplified way he was explaining it and showing it with the drawings and the anatomy chart.
So I ordered Naked Beauty/SYMULAST and several of his programs (well, to be honest probably all of his programs), but sadly I was still in the mindset of if I didn’t see results within a 2 week period….. well, then it was just another waste of my time and I was on to the next thing.
Luckily I’d come to realize later that 2 weeks is just barely a start and our body needs time to change if we really want it to improve structurally.
This is where the magic is, I would learn.
7 – What made you believe the method could work for you?
Every time another program failed, I would return to Joey’s programs and in fact kept a portion of his methods in my daily routine regardless of which other program I was trying at the time.  
I kept returning because his message was consistent over the years and directed people to free training videos on his website to try, like the one from the TV show and others.  
This was refreshing since I’d already spent a boat load of cash on junk.  
He was always accessible, knowledgeable, and just genuinely cared about my health & wellness.  
Plus, I think I was just mature enough finally to BELIEVE!!
8 – At this point, how would you describe the improvements you’re seeing and feeling?
I decided to step things up even more and joined Joey’s small-group coaching program in January 2020 to make me more consistent and to keep me focused on his methods.  
I became consistent in my fitness training, and cleaned up my eating according to his guidance and gentle ‘food philosophy’ – and really just listened to all the great information he had to give.  
After about a month the workouts became a pleasant routine, not a chore.  
I think mainly because they aren’t so intense and hard-core and I’m not completely worn out after them.  
This was how I felt with other programs….. I simply dreaded them because they felt like punishment or torture.
But not Joey’s, this is a very different approach.
Now, I look forward to them and that leads to consistency! 
Major Aha moment there!
After about 3 1/2 months I noticed that my clothes were getting looser and my body felt tighter.  
Another month later I looked down at my lower-body and thought wait, what?  
Where there was once a bunch of cottage cheese looking skin, I saw nice smooth legs!  What a shock!  
Now, the cellulite is not 100% gone yet, but this was such a noticeable improvement, major really.  
Along with that, I didn’t feel bloated and I could actually see some muscle development and toning in my stomach instead of a big old bloated gut.
 
I can’t tell you what this has done for my self esteem.  But I’ll try here.
I started wearing skirts and shorts again (grant it, we’re in a COVID-19 lockdown as I write this so no need to wear anything more dressy than that).  
Two weeks ago, we were invited to the beach to celebrate a family birthday (with the appropriate social distancing) and I just went into the closet and put on a bikini and a cute cover up and thought nothing of it!  
What was that??!!  
I’m no Victoria’s Secret model and I have a lot farther to go, but dang it felt good to not obsess about my weight, my body and appearance!! Because I feel incredible about myself now!
9 – Are you still seeing gradual improvements?
It seemed to take a few months for my body to finally let go and start to tighten up.  
But now that it has, the improvements are coming quicker.  
These are not huge, but more a consistent, visible improvement.  
I’ve lost some weight as a result (total of 13 lbs to date) but that’s really not been my focus – it’s more a side benefit!
10 – How are these improvements making you feel?
I love how I’m feeling!  
For the first time in soooooo long, I feel in control and on the right path.  
It took years to put my body in the condition it was and it will take some time to get it back into shape again.
Just knowing you’ve finally found the right way is a mindset changer that makes everything else even better and easier.
11 – How does this affect your life from here forward? (outings, events, vacations, etc)
I’m no longer consumed with my weight and appearance.  That’s gone.
This has been the best thing to come out of all of this.  It’s absolutely so liberating that I just can’t begin to put into words!  
I’m consciously choosing healthy habits and delicious foods to keep me feeling at my best.  
I’m not dieting at all, and will never again, because I’ve learned some important truths with Joey’s guidance.
It’s all so effortless now!
There’s no more searching for the next best thing – I’ve found what works for me and it is sustainable.
12 – What things are you able to do now – and love doing them because the changes to your body?
I no longer make “old people sounds” when getting up out of bed or a chair.  
I can just get up – there’s no pain!  
My body just moves more fluidly and I feel I stand up straighter.  There’s certain Pilates moves that I wasn’t able to do before and the other day I just did them….
I was stunned!  
It’s not that I’ve been practicing them, it’s more that I’m just stronger, more toned and flexible enough now, thanks to Joey’s unique style and blend of fitness training.
13 – As a percentage – how much “reduction in cellulite” would you say you’re seeing at this point – as measured from when you started?
I would say there’s been a 75% improvement since starting the program 6 months ago.
I don’t plan to stop so can only imagine this percentage will go up!
14 – What are the key elements of Joey’s methods that appeal to you and your lifestyle?
There’s no stress, no pain, no complicated charts to follow, no complicated movements, no leaving out entire food groups, no judgement and no shaming.  
The simplicity and common sense of it is what is most appealing.
15 – What would you say to other women out there who are still searching, in frustration and confusion, for something that actually does target and reverse the problem called “cellulite”?
I hate to use the cliche of “I’ve tried everything” because it’s no longer cliche due to the fact that so many of us truly have tried everything. Any other woman reading this knows exactly what I mean by that.
So I will just say this – Joey’s methods work.  It is not magic and is not going to be overnight, but it does work.  
Despite the myths and people being lied to about this, I’ve personally learned, firsthand, that cellulite is not something we all “just have to live with“….
We can actually do something about it, to reverse the cause, and in a very holistic & healthy manner.
Most people just don’t know that though.
16 – What is your area/location called?
I live on the island of Grand Cayman in the northwest Caribbean so clearly we’re not all covered up in jeans and winter coats all the time!  
We spend a lot of time outside and on the beach.  
So now I’m excited to once again enjoy this beautiful island and have actually inspired even my husband to join me in the quest for wellness and longevity!
